"The Float was built for the 1983 (I think) Horsham Festival Carnival, I was on the organising Committee in Horsham. We had the BCAL Pipe Band in the Carnival Procession and the BCAL promotional Caravan in Horsham Park. It was a terrific day and showed all that was BCAL at its best." recalls Laurie Price
