This was a course in Palma to find out what made Chief Stewards tick!!! I don't think they achieved that objective. On the course were Norman Speary, Richard Alfred, Barry Pardoe, Roy Shaw, Maureen Abel, Lisa Ewing and a few others. The lack of understanding of crew was interesting. The talked at us all day in a semi-lit room whilst we sat in low comfortable chairs. So hard to keep awake for folk used to being on their feet at least 12 hours a day. Still we had a fun day out and if memory serves, enjoyed our evenings and days out.
