Douglas produced a range of DC10 commemorative / promotional stickers showing the airlines that ordered the DC10 (or came very close in some cases)
Dad brought back a fair few of these and I have been adding to the collection ever since as and when "new" ones appear.
Naturally there is a British Caledonian sticker, shown on the left.
There are still a few missing im sure, but the BCal one is below as well as all the others found to date.
Some airlines had multiple stickers produced, but I have not found a later BCal one.....yet.
If you have any different ones you can share or show on this site,
I would be happy to show them - please drop me a line anytime, email Dave
McDonnell Douglas DC-10 Stickers
Back in 1976 / 77 my Father, Ron Thaxter, spent a long time in the States on Engineering training courses in readiness for the arrival of the DC-10 Fleet.
This was the first of many trips to the Douglas plant as he was to be part of the DC10 acceptance / delivery team.
And of course, if you turn the stickers by 90 degress you get "10"
McDonnell Douglas also produced a range of promotional stickers for the DC10 under their own banner
And now for the airline stickers
