In the days before iPads and today's seat-back entertainment systems a way was needed to entertain the younger traveller.....in part for the kids and for the sanity of the parents.....and the crew too.
Enter Capt. McCal, BCal's very own lion brought to life through a series of games and activities....none of which needed batteries; just some imagination and you were off.
Here we have the Capt. McCal collection found to date, there are a few more bits out there (a fishing game for one) but these would have kept the kids amused I'm sure.
I have also scanned in one of the activity books; it can be downloaded below (for free) and printed, so any younger ones in your family can enjoy Capt McCal today too.
