The last of the BCal ordered A320s has just been retired from BA service after 21 years.

A320-211 G-BUSJ (G-BRSI if BCal) was the last of the 10 BCal-ordered A320's in service with BA's fleet

Her final flight was from Budapest to LHR on 31st August 2011 as BA869.

She has now been stripped of her BA livery (as of 3rd Sept) and has been ferried to LGW (where she started her commercial life, albeit with BA by the time of her delivery in 1990) before ultimately being scrapped.

G-BUSJ, although never operated by BCal, was the last BCal-ordered aircraft - inherited by BA - in their fleet.
One of Airbus's test programme A320 aircraft; resplendent in British Caledonian livery
